Check that both video and audio can be heard from your device by pressing the play button. You can confirm that the live stream is functioning correctly when a red dot and the word “LIVE” appears in the bottom left corner of the video player. Additionally, check that the audio from the video is playing on your device.

You can also try out the “Request to Speak” feature on the demo page (more detailed instructions can be found on this page). You can join the queue on the demo page and test your settings, please note it does not grant permission to activate microphone.
